Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Liovora. We value your trust and strive to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. If your order does not meet expectations, you may contact our Customer Support team at liovora3@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised within 8 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted, as shipping partners initiate processing immediately after pickup.

Product Replacements

Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery and will be considered only under the circumstances listed below:

  • Damaged / Incorrect Product: Please share clear images of the product and invoice for quality verification. After review (within 24–48 hours), an approved replacement will be dispatched.

  • Missing Item: If an item is missing from your order, please share an image of the invoice. Upon verification, the missing item will be shipped.

  • Expired Product: In case you receive an expired product, please provide a photo showing the expiry date along with the invoice. After review, a replacement will be issued if applicable.

  • Freshness Concern: While we ensure product freshness, if you experience a stale or unpleasant taste, contact us within 5 days of delivery with specific feedback, and we will review your request for replacement.

Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted due to:

  1. Hygiene and food safety concerns
  2. Preservation of product freshness and reduced environmental impact

Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after internal quality verification. Supporting evidence such as photos or videos is required. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.

Refund requests initiated after 5 days of delivery or without adequate proof will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from Liovora’s side.

Exceptions

  • Requests raised after the specified time limits
  • Damage or missing item reports submitted after 5 days of delivery
  • Cancellation requests made after shipment
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Refund requests initiated after 5 days of delivery or without adequate proof will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from Liovora’s side.
